I am so glad I had Craig assist me on purchasing my first property! I received a call from many realtors regarding some multifamily homes I was interested in checking out and was a little overwhelmed. Craig’s voice message he left made me feel the less stressed. I felt like I could trust him and that he would be a comfortable person to talk to. Sure enough, the first house he showed me I loved, but it wasn’t for me financially. Craig basically said, that’s okay, man, this is something that takes time and I’m happy to help you. So from that interaction on, we kept in contact, he sent me some houses, I asked him tons of questions and he always got back to me. He was always a phone call or text away and truly supported me and looked out for my best intentions. He was honest to me and never once made me feel pressured. I genuinely appreciated his knowledge. I can tell how dedicated a person he is because he would always be making time for me throughout his busy schedule. I appreciated that a lot and so did my mother! He also was helpful with offering to introduce me to lawyers, inspectors and all other people responsible from getting the home buying process moving. I will definitely be reaching out to Craig again in the future and suggesting him to friends and family. Thank you!!Christopher M
